When you first placed your hands on my head I began to see images of me as an very young infant and I experienced a feeling of calmness and security, this was then fairly quickly followed by me being back in my bedroom when I was about 9 or 10, it was a beautiful day the sun was shining and again i felt very happy, relaxed and secure.
 
I then went to a point in time when I a little bit older about 10 or 11 I'm not exactly sure how old I was but again I was in my bedroom and it was at a time when I had an electric shock from touching a light cable my Gerbils had chewed. I was very frightened and when this event actually happened I did not feel the reasurance and safety from my mum I needed to reassure me every was ok. I found this very difficult to get over and I had problems sleeping and slept with my light on for a long time maybe upto six months following this.
 
However when you were performing the CAT on me I revisited this experience and felt the opposite happening, I was able to understand what had happened as if I was that child again and I felt secure and safe with my mum.
 
I really feel I would like to do this again and be able to go back and re-experience this occassion again as I feel I could still resolve my feelings around this again. Again at the end of the session my sinuses felt clear and unblocked and I felt light and calm. Thank you for introducing me to this, I am quite amazed my the whole thing

It was a beautiful day, with lots of laughter and an incredible amount of energy. The setting was beautiful. It was clear that a lot of time and effort had been put into planning the course and the instructors were knowledgeable about their subject.
